90-Day First Product Guarantee
The full plain-language version. Same terms as Sections 4–8 of the Terms of Service — reformatted for readability.
The Promise
Complete the two qualifying conditions below within 90 calendar days of enrollment, and if you don’t have a Verified Sourced Product by day 90, you get ongoing 1:1 sessions with Nicco personally, at no additional cost, until you do. Redemption is coaching time. No cash refunds.
What counts as a “Verified Sourced Product”
All three, documented in writing inside our sourcing intake:
- A written supplier quote — with unit price and MOQ, dated inside your 90-day window.
- A documented resale price — either a published contractor/distributor price for the same or a materially equivalent SKU, or a written buyer quote.
- 50% margin or better, margin-on-price:
Margin = (Resale − Supplier) ÷ Resale
The 2 qualifying conditions
Both must be true, verified against platform logs — no subjective evaluation, no discretion:
- Attendance: attend live at least 80% of the weekly Drop With Nicco group calls during your 90-day window, minimum 40 continuous minutes per session.
- Module completion: complete 100% of the Program modules inside the private community. Manual complete-marks without a real view timestamp don’t count.
How to claim
- File within 14 calendar days after your 90-day window ends — email support@dropwithnicco.com.
- We verify within 5 business days, against attendance and completion logs, and send you the specific records we reviewed.
- First session scheduled within 10 business days of verification.
Redemption
- 1:1 sessions with Nicco personally.
- Biweekly cadence (adjustable by mutual written agreement).
- Up to 6 months of redemption sessions from the date of your first session.
- Applies to every Program tier, identically.
- One claim per enrollment. Non-transferable. Enrollment date is the payment date.
What’s NOT guaranteed
Downstream business outcomes — revenue you generate, volume you buy, profit you realize, freight, tax, licensing, or operational results tied to how you execute — are not part of this guarantee. The guarantee is for a Verified Sourced Product only, per the definition above.
Not a refund
The redemption is 1:1 coaching time. No cash refund, no partial refund, no credit, no chargeback support is owed under the guarantee. Invoking a chargeback, dispute, or public disparagement campaign while claiming the guarantee waives it in full.
